Who we are

One9 Fintech Pvt. Ltd. (“One9Fintech”, “we”, “us”) operates BillToBook, a GST billing and accounting product for Indian businesses. This policy applies to billtobook.com, the BillToBook web app, and the BillToBook Android app on Google Play.

Information we collect

Account details: name, email, mobile number, password (hashed), and OTP codes used to sign in.

Business data you enter: firm profile, GSTIN, invoices, parties, items, banks, users, e-way details, and reports.

Device and usage data needed to run a secure app (session tokens, app version, approximate network information).

Support correspondence sent to our email, phone, or contact form.

How we use information

To provide billing, GST, inventory, e-way, reports, and workspace features you request.

To authenticate users, prevent abuse, send operational notices, and answer support tickets.

To comply with Indian law, including tax record-keeping and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where applicable.

Sharing

We do not sell personal or business data.

We may share data with hosting and infrastructure vendors bound to protect it; with GST / e-way government portals when you use those integrations; and when required by law.

Play Store: account deletion

Google Play requires a way to delete your account. In the app open Settings → Delete account, or email us from your registered email or mobile.

After we verify you own the account we permanently delete the login and workspace data, except records we must retain for legal or tax reasons.

Retention, security, and children

Data is retained while the account is active and as required for statutory books. We use standard security controls; no system is perfectly secure.

BillToBook is a business tool. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
