By creating a BillToBook account or using the website, web app, or Android app, you agree to these Terms of Service with One9 Fintech Pvt. Ltd..

The service

BillToBook provides GST-aware invoicing, inventory, reports, and related accounting tools. Features depend on your plan. We may update the product as we improve it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of GST and books data and for statutory filings. BillToBook does not replace professional tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use and accounts

Keep credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use BillToBook for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You may add team users according to your plan. You are responsible for their activity in your workspace.

Fees and liability

Paid subscriptions follow on-screen pricing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses or for penalties arising from data you enter or filings you make.

Termination and law

You may stop using BillToBook and request deletion from Settings or by email. We may terminate access for breach or unpaid plans.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
